After numerous sprints, the routine of ‘story pointing’ can become incredibly monotonous. Why not bring your sessions to life by switching points for food.
My favourite theme is unsurprisingly also my favourite meal of the day – breakfast!
Why not go a step further- try consuming the theme meal during your planning sessions.

0 = A MOUTHFUL OF AIR
½ = ORANGE JUICE
1 = Toast
2 = FRENCH TOAST
3 = Eggs on Toast
5 = Beans on Toast
8 = Bacon Sandwich
13 = Sausage, Bacon & Eggs
20 = Sausage, Bacon, Eggs & Beans
40 = Sausage, Bacon, Eggs, Beans & Tomato
100 = Full English (above but with MUSHROOMS, TOAST)
? = CHEF SPECIAL
BREAK = ACTUAL TEA/COFFEE BREAK
Remember, you shouldn’t leave the table (or commit to the sprint) till you’ve cleaned your plate.
